The Jeremiah is our only story and a half plan. It consists of an open concept kitchen, dining, & living room. Also on the main floor is the master bath, the laundry room, & a second dining room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms & two bathrooms, with a loft in the middle. The basement is unfinished but has plenty of extra space that could be finished however you prefer.
